I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provides guests with a business center where I could conduct my business meetings. The staff was helpful and the rooms were comfortable, making it easy to work and relax.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting space or conference room. It would have been ideal for hosting formal discussions and presentations.

We had a perfect stay at Hoang Trieu in Hue. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even allowed us to change rooms. the bed in our first room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast of eggs and noodles. the hotel is tucked away from the noise of the city but still conveniently close to bars and restaurants. It was great value for money and had everything we needed, including a comfy bed, TV, and excellent air conditioning. We can't recommend this cute little place enough!
Don't have any issues at all! 😊.

Nestled in a peaceful side street, this quaint hotel offers tranquility while keeping everything on hand. the friendly staff are willing to help with everything from laundry to directions to the national park. Take in the lovely view from your balcony while enjoying a strong shower with hot and cold water. the breakfast is delicious with honey and banana pancakes and fresh coffee. Free bikes with brakes that may need a little attention give you the freedom to explore.
One of the towels provided had a couple of stains which was disappointing.

The guestrooms at Hoang Trieu Hotel were amazing! The room service was fantastic, and the free WiFi was a game-changer for me. The private bathroom with a rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries made me feel like I was in a luxury spa. Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. I loved the comfortable and modern feel of the room.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the pillow menu. I found it a bit overwhelming and would have preferred a simple pillow option.

Great Location and Attentive Staff the hotel had an amazing location, close to many restaurants and shops. It was also a short walk to the tourist attractions in the area. the breakfast offered was tasty and came with a few different options. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.
Rooms Need Updating and Pest Control the rooms were outdated and could use some updates. the bathroom was particularly small and cramped.

Great location in a quiet alley with nearby restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Comfy rooms with beautiful balcony views. Friendly staff who accommodated an early check-in and provided helpful travel information. Delicious breakfast with the option to request more pancakes. Bicycles available for guests to borrow at a good price.
Felt like a home away from home, with nothing being too much trouble.

During our new year stay, the room was comfortable and clean with fresh towels and toiletries, plus a small balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and valuable information about transportation. The location was convenient and key for exploring the city, as it was located in the center of the main attractions. we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options.
the bikes we rented were in poor condition, making it hard to maneuver on the city's uneven roads. though, we had a pleasant and satisfactory experience.
